1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Enable Strategic Consulting ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Advisory Scope
Enable provides high-stakes advisory and technical modelling for B2G markets. While we provide empirical data and strategic recommendations, final commercial decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
3. Intellectual Property
The "Position to Win" methodology, custom modelling frameworks, and all technical content provided by Enable remain the intellectual property of Enable Strategic Consulting unless otherwise agreed in a specific Statement of Work (SOW).
4. Limitation of Liability
Enable Strategic Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our strategic insights or technical platforms. We provide information to support decision-making, not a guarantee of specific procurement outcomes.
